Our accessories for the home are a mix between European and bohemian, to help you to create that individual feel in your home. Sourced from our travels in North Africa, this first collection will introduce you to some special one-of-a-kind pieces, which celebrate the symbolism and artistry of Morocco. Hand made products by the nomadic Berber and Tuareg tribes have been crafted from camel bone, Moroccan maichor silver, copper and brass and studded with semi precious stones.

Traditional craftsmanship is still highly valued in Moroccan culture. Our decor accessories and wrought iron garden pieces with intricate scroll work, have been influenced by both Morocco’s Moorish heritage and by the Jews who lived in Morocco from the 6th century.
In the workshops in the centuries old souks of Fez, Marrakech and Ouarzazate, we were able to watch the craftsmen use traditional methods to create objects for the home in wood, copper and brass, silver, wrought iron and pewter.

There is a strong interplay of textures and colour in our hand loomed ottomans, which have been
hand made in Morocco by local artisans using century old techniques. Our range includes natural sheeps wool, cottons coloured with vegetable dyes and silk ottomans woven from the fibres of the Agave cactus plant in every hue of the same colour.
Ottomans are a great way to add that modern nomadic feel to your home.

Our Beni Ourain rugs from the snow-capped Atlas mountains, are hand loomed by the Berber people. Woven from the finest natural sheep wool, in ivory, brown and black, Beni Ourain rugs are considered to be the most prestigious in Morocco. These wonderful tribal works of art can also be hung on your wall.

At Caravanserai Trading Company, our aim is to bring you something unique that no one else has.
